Was so pleased with the customer service and the item we received. Very high quality, exactly as described, priced very competitively and we received it packaged very nicely and in an orderly fashion. Will definitely recommend to friends.
The door is TINY once it's put together. Beware, even if you are small it will be a squeeze to get in. I don't know why they would even make a door that, at most, is 20 in wide to get in. Why wouldn't it clearly state that you have to be tiny to fit in it. And returns are horrible- I'm being told it will cost $200 to return it. Now we are out $300 and I have to buy an entirely different door.
Nice door. However some of the small parts were missing or not useable on arrival. I have installed these before, but the install instructions could be improved. Tried to contact Dreamline, but their phone service did not work and have not received a reply to my email.
