Have to say getting these was a bit of a nightmare, so many delays in shipping and the original order arrived late and damaged (a forklift went right through the pallet and the shower walls), had to refuse shipment and get a replacement. Yes that took another few weeks and more delays but the customer service at this company blew us away. She immediately got the replacement order placed and communicated with us every step of the way including when the item was out of stock and would be delayed even longer to even ship. she stayed on top of this till the replacement arrived. All the delays, shipping issues, damage were nothing QualityBath could control. The replacement finally arrived and was un damaged and our contractor got it installed and it looks great! We chose the shower walls over an insert and glad we did!! looks clean and nice like tile and He had no issues installing :)
