Q:what are the package dimensions and weight? I'm trying to anticipate manpower and space to bring item from curbside delivery.

This will come in 2 boxes one for the base that is approximately 63" x 35" and one for the walls that are 45" x 78". Total weight is approximately 102 lbs.
