Q:How do you switch from aerated spray to stronger spray for washing dishes?

Q:I am interested in the Dornbracht Tara Ultra Profi Single Lever mixer.... What size are the water line hose connections????? 3/8" or 1/2" or metric????? How long are the included connection hoses??? Are there any special installation requirements???

The plumbing connections are all standard US sizes. There are no special requirements for installation.
