My normal salesman, Dom, was simply OUTSTANDING! This product was back-ordered 4-6 weeks at every other online site, including Brizo! Dom had it in stock and was able to ship it the next day. Not only that, he asked, “Do you want the valves too?” WOW! I can’t tell you how many times I bought something only to find out I needed more parts. Dom really took care of me.
