There are 2 questions and answers about this item
Q:Does this product have metal or plastic components?
A:
The pull down sprayer is plastic. This is because if it was all metal it would be too hot to touch.

Q:Please confirm this faucet is NOT AUTO TOUCH. We want a regular manual pull down magnetic faucet. And does it come with all the parts necessary for installation & use?
A:
This is not an auto touch faucet. This has the MagneDock® Technology – magnetic docking system. It includes what you would need for installation.
