Q:I had a Blanco soap dispenser installed in my kitchen when I bought my Blanco kitchen sink in July, 2015. It does not work anymore! I fill it up and no soap comes out when I press it. Model # 440006. (Chrome)

Try diluting the soap and maybe soaking the top of the dispenser in warm water. That should clear out any clogging in the dispenser.

purchased in 2019. worked well for 1,5 years. the bottle cracked. blanco sent a new one. then the pump did not work. they sent a new one. the pump pc is in two pcs and you need a pliers to pull hose part out when you want to refill. the metal pump cap does not fit with the new pump blanco sent..... we have the iwc in our apartment for 5 years no issue and the entire pc comes out when you refill. do not understand blanco dispenser. sink and faucet work very well. they have a great reputation .
