Q:Hello,
I purchased the Axor Universal towel bar. I added the two covers that were noted. If I am mounting the bars on a non-transparent surface, are these bars necessary?

The covers are to cover the screws on the other side of the surface you are installing it. If you are not concerned with the look on the other side you wont need them.
