Whitehaus has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Fireclay sinks also carry a 10-year warranty against fading / staining of the glaze.

Q:Will the Rohl Shaws grid fit in this sink?
A:
The sink grids are made specifically for the sinks. It is not recommended by any manufacturer to use a grid not made for the sink simply because the measurements will not match.

Q:Is it necessary to use the grid? Otherwise will the sinl scratch? What do you use to clean the sink?

Its not necessary but its highly recommended. It will prevent scratches and help the sink wear better. It can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
