I love the look of the faucet, which we purchased in unlacquered brass. The faucet did not come with any paperwork- no install instructions or any literature about the faucet at all, and the lack of online instructions made it even more frustrating. After searching the internet, I was able to find the number for Watermark and they were helpful. Although the faucet looks terrific in my kitchen, I would not purchase again. I did not realize that the rate of flow could not be regulated for hot water. The water must be turned all the way on, full flow, in order to have warm and hot water. I am disappointed with the functionality of the faucet, as I prefer to conserve water as much as possible while doing dishes, and really dislike having hot water going at full force with no option to lower the flow. I should have done more research; I’m so used to faucets having the temp/flow regulation it didn’t cross my mind.
