Victoria & Albert bathtubs are made from ENGLISHCAST, a technology where a mineral crystal composite is cast to form a brilliant white, solid surface product. Solid, so it won't flex. There are no layers or surface coatings to chip, delaminate, creak under pressure or wear away. Victoria & Albert tubs won't cool hot water quickly, as cast iron does. ENGLISHCAST has insulating properties to keep you warmer longer.

A:

Ideally you would use a freestanding tub filler and place it in the center of the tub. Have a look at the additional pictures on the product page.

Q:This tub does come complete with the base correct? I’m not seeing a spec sheet on it to be sure.

I bought this tub online, sight unseen, as part of a a total master bath remodel. I threw the dice in this regard, and am totally pleased with the result. Both the design and finish are stellar. Additionally, the price at Qualitybath was by far the best I could find. I was after a tub design that was understated in its elegace but timeless as well. Everyone comments how the love it. We paired it with Queen Beige marble flooring and the look as fabulous!
