Quality Bath is the worst plumbing products supplier I've encountered over 15 years in construction. Bathtubs arrived a month late, packaged with the wrong drains. Their shipping partner delivered another week late, after having the tubs impounded for an acid leak in the truck. Three months later, they still have not provided the correct drains. They offered $50 as an apology for what will be a four-month construction delay.
So comfortable and easily the best insert tub I've ever used.
