Q:Is this product including both toilet and washlet? Toto Neorest RH Dual Flush Toilet MS988CUMFG#01 Also is 1.0gpf enough to flush? Is there any 1.28gpf in Neorest model?

This is for both the tank and washlet seat. The flush is sufficient. They only make the 1.0GPF now.

Q:I would like to provide my contractor with specifications for the water supply, drain and electrical for the TOTO MS988 toilet, which will have to be installed by an independent plumbing contractor. the sub working for the builder will not do it. I plan on installing a builder toilet and removing it after we take possession of the property.

I received a call from someone in your sales department informing me that the model I originally purchased was unavailable. Instead, they offered me a newer version, claiming it was an upgraded replacement for the one listed on your website. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. The controller is different—it doesn’t activate the fan automatically when someone sits, which required a technician to come and inspect it. Additionally, the blower is noticeably weaker than the model I have at home. This purchase didn’t meet the expectations I had based on the information provided, and that’s the source of my frustration. That said, I will acknowledge that the delivery was fast.
