The bowl height (without the seat) is 16.5", the height with the seat is 17.5".

We bought two of this model and like them. The flushing mechanism is superior to other toilets we have owned. The seat is "quiet" which is great...but the seat slides side-to-side easily and needs to be adjusted often. And, I wish the interior was slick and slippery like our Toto which needed cleaning less ofteh.
