Q:Diverter is not working properly. We've put in two valves. While one works correctly, the other diverts the water into 2 streams; one to the shower head and one to the handheld. When the diverter is pushed all the way in, it diverts all water pressure to the shower head but when its pulled out it creates the 2 streams instead of all water going directly to the shower handle. Not sure what the fix is?
