I almost gave this 3-4 stars because we weren't told (no mention on the website) that YOU MUST buy a very specific hot water tank. We have had inst-hot water dispensers for 15 years and have never run into this issue. We had to wait an additional 2 weeks and had to pay an additional $650 just for the tank.
