I recently had this faucet installed with my new Shaw farm sink. I expected it to be fantastic. After my plumber had the faucet installed, we could not get the spray function to work. When pressing the top button, it would not hold the spray. I contacted Rohl. No questions asked they sent new internal parts and said that should fix the problem. My plumber came back and changed the parts. Again, it would not hold the spray. Amazingly enough, within one day, the spray worked! I don't know why but I love it...the way it works and the way it looks! Quality Bath was wonderful to deal with. Jack kept in touch with me from day one. A very positive experience!
