It arrived very quickly and packed very well. It hasn't been installed yet. I talked twice to employees about my orders and both times was treated very well. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Quality product. It's worth spending more on Robern for us.
Just installed, so can't say much as I haven't used it yet. Was shipped very quickly. I tied to buy this some where else, but would have had to wait about 8-9 weeks. Arrived with a scratch on the mirrored door, but customer service said they would send me a replacement mirror door. On the whole, I've found that their customer service is excellent, and they had exactly the product I was looking for.
