I ordered a Robern medicine cabinet and it was back ordered and took about one month longer to receive. Sari responded to my email immediately and explained when it would be shipped. She even answered the phone. Impressed with Sari! However, it was worth the wait because the price was competitive. The mirror was packaged beautifully. Very impressed with this company.
