Qualitybath has the best customer service - not just friendly but people who really can help and understand the support needed when you are making large purchases over the internet. I redid my kitchen this summer. I looked many places for a sink and facet. After I found what I wanted, Qualitybath had the best prices. I was worried about buying over the internet but the knowledgeable friendly staff made it easy! I found my sales person more knowledgeable then most that were in a store. I had one issue and they took care of completely -- even when they really could have said no. EXCELLENT! Would use them again.

My representative was Avi and he did such a great job replying quickly to my emails, being super helpful, and guiding me through the whole process, really going above and beyond. I can't reccomend this company enough! I had a bad experience with another popular fixture company and decided to take my business elsewhere, am I ever glad I came to quality bath!
