My sales rep was genuinely interested in me and my needs and "wasnt just answering the phone because thats their job"...seemed interested and was proactive in helping me find what I wanted...I would recommend them!!!...

Original sink was on back order however Customer service was able to provide another like sink that was in stock

Shopping was simple and direct online. The return process is very complicated and ended up costing me about 50% of the purchase price of the item returned (20% re-stocking fee, $49 shipping cost)

I ordered these and later decided to go with a different size. Called QualityBath and the service rep took care of everything that needed to be done. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

The delivery service was terrible. The driver was nice but the overall experience with the company was not good.

Found what we were looking for at a good price. Enough said!!

Not all of the sizes of the pulls I ordered looked well, so I wanted to exchange about a quarter of my order for different sizes. Quality Bath wanted a 20% restocking fee, which was about $70! Told me that was the manufacturer's policy. I ordered the same product in the correct sizes from build.com, NO RESTOCKING FEE. I'll skip quality bath.com in the future and go right to build.com!
