The toilet I bought was packed so good it took me 1 hr to get it out of the package. Awesome way to pack to make sure the product did not break. I have not yet installed the toilet but I'm pretty sure everything is ok.

Quality Bath handled most of the fixtures for our guest bath remodel, including the Ronbow vanity, and matching medicine cabinet also was ordered from this site. Everything was handled very well, including the slight glitch in getting the right truck to come up to my house. They had to change shippers once the crated vanity and marble top arrived, to another shipper who had a smaller truck to get up my narrow steep driveway. I had ordered from Quality Bath last year a faucet; and it was a great value. This year, I remodeled an entire bathroom, and ordered almost everything online from Quality Bath. The finished product was beyond my expectations; to be able to purchase such beautiful things online and not pay any shipping or tax!!

Everything went the way it's suppose to. That's harder and harder to find these days. Thanks

The product that we purchased is an excellent faucet. We mistakenly ordered the wrong faucet initially and had to reorder the correct faucet. The person on the phone was kind and professional. We are disappointed in how long it is taking for us to receive reimbursement for the returned faucet. We are still waiting on the refund and it has been two weeks since we sent the piece back to the company. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

Quick shipping, sink appears to have been packed st the factory. It was completely surrounded by spray foam to prevent breakage. It took me 45 minutes to get it unpacked!

We had to change the size of our sink after it was in production and customer service was so friendly and helpful. They had no issues with our change and went out of their way to show other options. We were very impressed by the personal help.

I was a little worried about getting a huge glass door delivered to my house but Quality bath knew what they were doing when they packed it. Item was packed really well and arrived at my house completely free of any defects. Very Impressed.
