Quality Bath has great prices but they also go the extra mile in their communications. The follow-up emails announcing expected delivery dates and shipping notifications with tracking numbers made my project so much easier to manage. (We are redoing three baths and the kitchen.) The personal email offering help as I navigated "the world of plumbing" was also great and very useful when trying to figure out what goes with what. Very special company with real people who care!

This is my third purchase with Quality bath. This product a well as the other three arrived quickly and were as described. All three were exceptional quality and in perfect condition. I will continue to purchase their products in the future.

Quality Bath had great communication and quick shipping.

This is a poor choice for a steam generator. One year warranty and the heating element cannot be replaced. Mine burned the heat element out in one year. The cost to by a unit with a replaceable heat element versus $1000 a year to replace the entire unit. I also received material with my unit telling me I had a two year warranty. After my element burned out, Me Steam customer Service told me I only had one year warranty. Not satisfied at all.

We ordered a Rohl sink and faucet from you all. Our prouducts were shipped so well and cared for. They arrived only in a few days. Highly recommend!
