I spoke with Akiva, who was absolutely terrific. I had a question, and he gladly offered to call Blanco and then phoned me back promptly with the answer. QualityBath prices were also decidedly the best that I found. That, plus great customer service to help me feel more confident in my purchasing decisions were what would have me return to QualityBath in the future. I was not able to write descriptions on functionality and beauty as yet because we are in the midst of kitchen remodel and we have not yet installed our new sink and faucet.

I had no issues with QualityBath.com we received our item as expected with no flaws.

Ordered door and a couple of days later the contactor changed the measurements so I called back and the sales associate was very helpful and canceled the orginal order and ordered the mee door foe me. Also the door came 2 weeks sooner than expected. All around a great experience.

It was easy and I found Customer Service very helpful. A man helped me understand shipping projection and I received my purchase on time, actually earlier than I thought!

Ordered Waterstone faucets for our kitchen and bar and wasn't aware they were special order and take upwards of 8 plus weeks to receive. Avi and Sari at QB did an amazing job keeping us informed of the process and remained in touch providing feedback regularly. They even sent additional showroom images of our specific models to help with our selection. Amazing service!!
