Ordered online had no problems with delivery and arrived on time plus I love the selections the store offered. I just wish I would have ordered smaller length, I'm a soaker I love to read in tub but I can't touch my feet to the other side so I slide too far down to be comfortable. I also have a hard time keeping tub clean it gets small black marks on surface I'm not sure if this is from makeup removal. I use glass cleaner like for stove tops but worry if this is ok over time.

Love my tub! Looked and looked for this width, depth and shape! Was so happy to find it at a reasonable price too. I originally sent an email with what I was looking for and heard back the next day with some options. Purchased over the phone and received a few days later. Love everything about this tub. Great quality.
