Called about my delivery being late
Quality Bath gave better customer service and support with a manufacturers defect long out of warranty, than the supposed luxury manufacturer did. The multiple concerned individuals at Quality bath, called the manufacturer, wrote incessant emails, and even spoke with multiple individuals at the supplier when we forgot to do so. Quality Bath even went so far as to let us know they might not be carrying that "brand" in the future. QUALITY BATH REALLY STOOD BY US AND LOOKED OUT NOT ONLY FOR US BUT FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS AS WELL. This is Customer Service above and beyond. This is what customer service used to be like 50 years ago when doctor's made house calls. Back to an age when businesses wanted loyal customers and customers wanted reputable and honest brick and mortar establishments, back in the days when shops and services stood by what they sold. You will never go wrong supporting these people.

Unfortunately, many of the Robern products I ordered from Qualitybath.com were damaged or defective. The vanity glass was cracked on 2 vanities and had to be replaced. Both of the medicine cabinet doors were defective with significant defects on the rim lighting that should have been noticed before shipping these items. The quality control at Robern or Qualitybath.com is lacking. In addition, one of the glass inserts on the vanity was also chipped. This obviously delayed the installation. Perhaps this is a Robern problem with inadequate packaging. Overall, I had very good customer service with Qualitybath.com. I would use them again.
