Great experience

I find QualityBath to be a great resource. Their website is easy to use, and they carry a wide variety of product lines. The items I ordered were shipped promptly. One item was missing from the package, and although I contacted QualityBath, I never heard from them. I contacted the manufacturer directly, and received the item quickly. But for the lack of follow-up, I would definitely give QB five stars.
