The fact that as a person in the trade I need to call every time to get a quote is problematic and causes me often to use other sites because you are not open when I need to order. The site should automatically modify the prices for pro/trade when I log in. Also, I understood Jaclo was to have a 16% discount during this sale period but the pro discount I got was only 10%, which is also lower than the normal 15-20% on other sites. It's not that big a deal on this low price item but it is when you add shipping costs.
