I would have given 5 stars, but the projected arrival date did not appear on the order review page. I look forward to the email that will tell me that information. Depending on the projected date, I may need to cancel and purchase via home depot or Lowes.

Great, easy to navigate website. Height of faucet was included at first search! No one does that, and it was a deal killer for some brands. Search terms were easy to follow. This comment is not about about customer service-which I may need to contact at a later point-so this comment is only about my shopping experience so far.
