Enjoyed the smooth ordering process with customer service at hand. Though it was a little tricky with the west coast, east coast time difference. Looking forward to the products coming my way. Sadly, one item (an accessory) was backordered. Updates.for timing changed twice. Ultimately, it was just too long. Had to cancel the order. The communication was responsive and the refund was efficient and quick. Disappointed, but it was on the manufacturer's end.
