I wasn't sure how legitimate QB was when I placed my first order, but they came through with delivery of a great product, at a better price than competitors, great customer service that are always available to answer questions and give shipping updates. I had an issue with a faulty faucet valve and they were quick to contact the manufacturer and have a new one sent out quickly. I have ordered more items since then and will continue to use them for any plumbing fixture needs.
