My experience in the end seems to have evened out to being satisfied with product, price and customer service. I had issues with delivery (shipping) and communications. QB was responsive and Mimi always replied back and did her best to assist me in those areas I felt frustrated. I will continue using QB on my K&B remodel projects for selections, price and service..
