You guys are awesome. QB waived the shipping charge on my order. I doubt other retailers would be that accommodating. QB will get my future business when need arises. Thanks again.

Mimi is the best account representative that I have ever had, literally. Her product knowledge is vast. She helps me manage availability and lead times - no small feat when dealing with production and freight issues during the pandemic.

It's more than a vendor-client relationship: Mimi is an incredible resource - she's knowledgeable, affable, efficient and goes out of her way to help us provide the best possible service to our clients. If only everyone we worked with had such high standards and was so utterly reliable - she's truly a gem.
