I am frustrated that there is no approximate delivery time during the purchase. I realize that this is not Amazon and factors weigh in but I am still waiting after my purchase and this is now Day2. However, the website is fine and the products look great and more variety than big box stores.

Customer Service was able to answer my questions, emailed within a minute RE: delivery time frame, delivery time will be in 3 bus. days, pricing on item was good with the 20% discount.. Very happy with service so far.

I don't think I've ever had such quick customer support service. I usually will do everything in my power to NOT call a customer service line because I hate to wait on hold and I hate sounding like I don't know what I'm talking about. My customer service person (his name is Dov) was QUICK! and I mean QUICK! He would answer my questions by phone and would also EMAIL me quickly (which usually takes people HOURS).
