My experience in the end seems to have evened out to being satisfied with product, price and customer service. I had issues with delivery (shipping) and communications. QB was responsive and Mimi always replied back and did her best to assist me in those areas I felt frustrated. I will continue using QB on my K&B remodel projects for selections, price and service.. The product while similar to what was needed was not at all the same. It cost me additional expenses as the inlet and outlet lines are reversed on this unit as apposed to what we had installed previously. Therefore requiring a plumber to re-route plumbing lines accordingly. This was not the experience we expected! I would suggest clarifying connection as we even spoke to a representative to ensure it was the correct item to order. Unsatisfied customer,
