Zero star if there is star rating. I spoke to someone at QualityBath via email about missing template and hardware: mounting clips,etc. for the kitchen sink I ordered. We last talked a week ago and QualityBath been quiet and not doing anything about it since. I'm not happy with it.

Products came within 2 days in perfect condition. Great price.
