Akiva has been great to work with. However, I live in CA, and my fixtures need to comply with CALGREEN energy requirements. My feedback would be that Akiva could have been more proactive in verifying that my fixtures would meet CA building code. I had to ask him to verify this, but once I did, he responded quickly. Also, the quote could be more clear that certain fixtures meet CA building code. I'm kind of taking his word that the fixtures will meet CA codes because I can't see the gpm of any of the fixtures simply by looking at the quote.
