POOR WEBSITE: I KEPT TRYING TO FIX MY BILLING ADDRESS BUT THE VARIOUS OPTIONS FOR THE ADDRESS NEVER DISAPPEARED FROM THE SCREEN AFTER I INPUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. THERE ARE NO SUGGESTIONS ABOUT ACTUATORS FOR THIS UNIT - EVERY OTHER SITE SEEMS TO HAVE, LIKE AMAZON WHY NOT YOU?

very easy to order. best price. Arrived in great shape and with no damage.

The shelf we purchased is beautiful but the mounting hardware included with the shelves is completely inadequate. The shelf needs butterfly or toggle brackets instead of anchors. The anchors pulled right through the drywall and upon inspection, the screw didn't even grip into the anchor, the anchor just split right open. Now have huge holes in my wall and still haven't gotten the shelf up
