Toilet seat not working anymore. I called but QualityBath has just ignored my problem.

They were awesome at finding a unique bathroom item not otherwise available in the US. Extremely prompt and outstanding customer service. And the item (a porcelain cup) arrived quickly and in perfect shape.

Spoke to sales rep he told me that the faucets are in stock, but the soap dispenser is not and assured me that they will ship out the faucets right away and as soon as they have, the soap dispenser does ship that out right away. Overall, great service.

Steven was very patient as I changed my order several times through the proposal process.
