Our sales rep was a pleasure to work with... after reviewing prices online, I sent a fixtures list and I was thrilled with their pricing. Most of the items were in stock and shipped immediately... everything was well packed and arrived in good shape. End to end, this was a frictionless and friendly consumer experience. Thank you!

Communication was quick via email. Don was very helpful in answering all my questions.

The catalog showed $10 lower price than it showed in the cart even before adding tax and shipping.

This is my third purchase from Quality Bath and each experience has been superb. I am remodeling a master bath and Quality Bath has been essential throughout the process. Quality Bath held a big order for me because my contractor was not available at the time the order was made. Just got that big order and it was packaged so nicely and everything was delivered in tact. I love this store

I understand their religion is very important to them, however you simply can't close for weeks at a time. I had a terribly hard time getting a quote while they celebrated holidays in September & October. (literally shut down for weeks)

Very satisfied with product explanation when ordering, fast delivery and packed very well.

I love the customer service and the value of the products. I just wish that when the staff is out of office for extended days, they have someone there to process orders. This will not stop me from shopping with Quality Bath, but it's just something to be aware of and plan for when you're on a project that has deadlines.
