I could have purchased this faucet at any number of distributors. I chose Qualitybath.com as they had the very best company reviews. I am so glad I did, as there were problems with the faucet I purchased. It is faulty & they are sending me a new one, & I will then send the first one (that is faulty) back to them. I was worried I would get the run around, as happens so many times with other online distributors, but it did not happen. Within 5 min the call was done & my new faucet was ordered & the return labels sent to my email. The woman named Lee, at Qualitybath was so understanding. Thank you Qualitybath for being there when things go wrong~~~
