We love the touch feature and also no more water lines underneath sink like old pull out heads which always tangled and entire faucet body would move out of place. New faucet stays in plcet when I move from our double sinks. Best faucet I have ever owned.

Shipping was a disaster. I ended up picking it up at the UPS freight warehouse (at 6:15 am during a snowstorm), because I was not available during the delivery window (they came late and it was pouring rain) and they wanted me to pay $90 for re delivery the next day. If I had to do it again, I would probably order from a home center and choose "ship to store", despite the cost savings purchasing from your company.
