Sol and Midi - the representatives that helped me was very efficient and professional. No hesitation in recommending this company so far. The vanity i was purchasing was being dropped shipped by James Martin who chose to use Saia as the shippers but the day before delivery was expected Saia called me to say their truck was too big for my normal residential street and that I would need to arrange another shipper to get it from their depot!! Saia were absolutely useless and really really unhelpful. I immediately contacted Quality Bath and explained the problem whereupon Miri arranged for the onward delivery for me the following week and kept in constant contact. Excellent service in all respects
