Hi Sol - I'm back for more faucets!

I ordered a replacement white plastic tissue box. It was lovely. After a week, I noticed cracks in the plastic but I had missed the one-day return policy on the item. Both the product and the return policy are disappointing.

Quality Bath called Avanity Bath and response from manufacturer was "They did say they can send you a repair/touch up kit which may help to repair the area a bit. As a courtesy they can also send you a replacement backsplash for this order." The customer should not be responsible for repairing a manufacturer's defect. This vanity should have never been sent out to a customer.

I was extremely pleased with everything, from ordering to receiving the items. They were packed very tightly and no damage happened along the way to Florida. I would highly recommend your company to anyone and will use you again when the opportunity arises again.
