Read all the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews--all talked about unresponsive sales people. No problem with this order. I asked for a delivery date and got a same-day e-mail with all the details. I called and talked to a sales rep and got just the additional information I was looking for. They seem to have their sales force problems fixed. Nice job and the best price on the internet.
