Great shopping experience, but after waiting 3 weeks or more, it finally arrived by freight. Since we live in the country with a long dirt road, the freight truck had to meet us on the main road and loaded the tub I ordered in the back of our truck. My husband and I are 68 years old, therefore we had to wait for help to unload. Once help arrived which was 2 days later, we noticed the pallet it was sitting on was damaged. The tub sustained 4 cracks and the motor dislodged. Quality Bath is great to work with buying, but no help in the customer service department. If they had pack the box better for shipment, none of this would have happened. There was no padding to protect corners or the top. Too expensive for the lack of attention to details.
