Love the display of photos for each item to scroll through. We ordered both products online from the descriptions, pictures and reviews. The sales staff was a little unsure about the products, as there are so many to chose from...but the agents that handled the order were fabulous to deal with. Product was beautiful, but wouldn't fit with the configuration in our tub. First 2 emails went unanswered so we called customer service. The return policy is ridiculous! You have to pay a restocking fee of 20% AND pay to ship it back! Will never recommend or order from Quality Bath ever again. Will take our business elsewhere.
