Multiple products with same name difficult to tell apart (Dreamline Essence, I almost ordered the 48" by mistake). No estimated ship date before ordering. If ship date is too long I may need to cancel this order.

Website repeatedly failed to allow login. Then kept doubling my order. Then took taxes on a putative price before discount, which seems illegal to me. Then after I ordered and paid, told me item is backordered. Now what? You got my money, and I got nothing!
