Excellent shopping experience. I bought a wall mounted toilet and electric bidet cover, and the site suggested me all accessories I needed to add in order to complete the installation. Even during COVID-19 shipping crisis, they were true to the estimated delivery times for the different items and everything arrived very well packed and with no damage. Being able to plan accurately when in a remodeling project is essential, and I'm very pleased with the experience!

I called in and the man was knowledgeable and sent me the spec sheet. Plus less than Amazon, Thanks. Rich Note that it is advisable to receive the sink unit before making cutout! There consequently are two different measurements for top or under mounted installation. There is a pattern within the shipment but even the directions state the best way is to trace the sink and make the cut a half inch in on all sides totaling one inch smaller overall. Also to create the rectangle with a two inch hole saw radius in each corner. My countertop will now be delayed six weeks because even the technician does not have this information to give foresight, nobody knew that there are two different size cutouts. The specifications are incorrect that are stated for making cutouts in advance (Don't go by them)! Also the wrong measurements are in tenths of an inch which no one has on an American tape measure. The mounting was good for under mounting that comes ready. I literally took pieces of wood and mounted them to the sink to achieve accurate measure down to a sixteenth oil f an inch. My cutout will get 19 3/8" front to back by 15 3/4" side to side with 2" radius in all corners for the Franke Quantum. Richie The Sailor
