Great customer service. Love that QualityBath was able to hold them and deliver once I gave them the green light to ship.

QuilityBath.com is well designed, user friendly web sight. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with. Received order in just a few days. Merchandise was very well packaged for shipping and undamaged. Quality and beautiful appearance of the products from Blanco are as described. Can't as for much more than that!

Mimi is the best account representative that I have ever had, literally. Her product knowledge is vast. She helps me manage availability and lead times - no small feat when dealing with production and freight issues during the pandemic.

It's more than a vendor-client relationship: Mimi is an incredible resource - she's knowledgeable, affable, efficient and goes out of her way to help us provide the best possible service to our clients. If only everyone we worked with had such high standards and was so utterly reliable - she's truly a gem.
